Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Peachtree City and work on properties across the Greater Atlanta metro — including Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Druid Hills, Vinings, Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Cumming, Marietta, Tyrone, and Senoia. If your property is within roughly 50 miles of Peachtree City, we likely work nearby.

How quickly can I get a quote?

Within one business day. Send a few exterior photos of your home through our request-a-quote form, and we'll respond with a rendering of how we'd light the property along with a written quote.

How does the process work?

Every project begins with a drawn lighting plan tailored to the home. You share photos, we send a rendering and a quote. From there, we walk the property at dusk to refine the plan, then install with brass and copper fixtures and tune every fixture in the dark, on site.

What fixtures and lamps do you use?

Solid brass and copper housings with high-CRI LED lamps and properly sized low-voltage transformers. Replaceable lamps, not sealed integrated units. We choose fixtures to serve the design, not the other way around.

Do you service existing landscape lighting systems?

Yes. We diagnose, repair, and re-tune systems we didn't install — failed lamps, wiring repair, transformer service, re-aiming after landscape changes, and LED retrofits for aging halogen systems.

What separates a designed installation from a builder-grade one?

Three things. First, a drawn plan that decides what to light, how, and from where — before any fixture is chosen. Second, professional-grade brass and copper fixtures with high-CRI LED lamps that match the color temperature of the home. Third, every fixture is aimed, shielded, and dimmed in place at night, on site, so the system reads the way it was designed.

Do you offer holiday and seasonal lighting?

Yes. We treat holiday lighting as a seasonal overlay on top of a permanent architectural base, designed to harmonize with the year-round lighting. We install in season, store between seasons, and reinstall the next year.

Do you work on commercial properties or HOA communities?

Yes. The same design discipline scales to commercial frontages, restaurant facades, hospitality landscapes, and HOA common areas and monuments. Specifications are documented for board review, fixtures are chosen for service life and warranty, and controls are set up so the property looks right at every hour it's open.
