Estates along West Paces Ferry, Tuxedo Road, and Habersham have been the work of named architects and landscape architects for nearly a century. Lighting them the way they deserve to be lit is its own discipline — restrained, layered, and intentional.
We approach Buckhead properties the same way we approach any other lighting project: a drawn plan first, fixtures chosen to serve the plan, then tuned in the dark on site. The scale is larger, the budgets are different, the principles are not.

How we work
A rendering and a quote — within one business day.
Buckhead projects begin with photos of the property and the request-a-quote form. Within one business day we return a rendering of the home as we'd light it, alongside a written quote. From there we walk the property at dusk — often with the landscape architect or interior designer — to refine the plan before any installation begins.
Estate properties get the same fixture standards as every other project: solid brass and copper housings, high-CRI LED lamps, properly sized transformers, and replaceable components. The system is tuned in place at night, every fixture aimed and dimmed so the property reads as designed.
