Newnan didn't earn the nickname "City of Homes" by accident. The historic district along Greenville, College, and LaGrange streets holds one of the most concentrated collections of antebellum and Victorian architecture in the Southeast — Greek Revival, Second Empire, Queen Anne, Italianate, all standing where they were built. Newer custom communities like Summergrove and Cannongate carry the same emphasis on distinctive homes.
These properties read differently at night than they do during the day, and they deserve a lighting plan drawn to honor that. We approach every Newnan project the same way: read the architecture first, then design lighting that reveals it. Brass and copper fixtures, high-CRI LED, and a system tuned in the dark on the property it was made for.

How we work
A rendering and a quote — within one business day.
Send a few photos of your Newnan home through our request-a-quote form. Within one business day we send back a rendering of the home as we'd light it, along with a written quote. From there we walk the property at dusk to refine the plan before installation begins.
Installation uses brass and copper fixtures, high-CRI LED lamps matched to the materials of the home, and properly sized transformers. Every fixture is aimed, shielded, and dimmed in place at night, so the property reads as designed at the hour it's actually seen.
