Commercial & HOA Lighting

The same discipline, scaled to shared property.

Lighting for community entrances, retail and restaurant frontages, and shared HOA properties. The same design discipline, scaled.

Overview

Commercial and shared properties are lit too brightly, too uniformly, and too cheaply by default. The same design discipline that shapes a private home's lighting plan applies — the budget, scale, and stakeholder structure are different, but the principles are not. Restraint, layering, and proper fixtures still produce the better result.

Our approach

We work with HOAs, retail and restaurant owners, and commercial property managers on lighting plans that read as designed rather than installed. Specifications are documented for board review; fixtures are chosen for service life and warranty, not just first cost; controls are set up so the property looks right at every hour it's open.
