Senoia is one of the most architecturally distinctive small towns in the Atlanta metro. The historic district along Main and Seavy is built around antebellum, Victorian, and Greek Revival homes that deserve to be read at night the way they read during the day. The newer custom homes in Bridlewood and Heritage Pointe were built in the same spirit — distinct, considered, intentional.
Lighting these properties well requires a design that respects what's there. We approach Senoia projects the same way we approach any other lighting project: read the architecture first, draw a plan, then execute with proper fixtures and proper tuning. Restraint is the discipline; the home is the subject.

Send a few photos of your home through our request-a-quote form. Within one business day we send back a rendering of your home as we'd light it, alongside a written quote. From there we walk the property at dusk to refine the plan before any installation begins.
Installation uses solid brass and copper fixtures with high-CRI LED lamps, properly sized low-voltage transformers, and concealed wiring. Every fixture is aimed, shielded, and dimmed in place at night, on site, so the system reads the way it was designed.
