You send us your home
A handful of clear photos — the front of the house, the landscaping, and any areas you'd especially like lit. Daytime photos are fine. For most homes that's all we need. For larger estates, complex architecture, or properties with long sightlines and grade changes, we'll arrange a walk-through at dusk.

We send back a rendering of your home
We put together a lighting design we'd recommend for your property and render it onto a photo of your actual home, so you can see the look it would create after dark. It isn't a wiring diagram or a technical drawing — it's a clear picture of what's achievable on your house, with a written quote alongside it. We usually show two or three directions at different scopes and price points.

You decide, on your own time
Look over the renderings and the pricing with no pressure and no obligation. When something looks right, we schedule the install and handle everything from layout and wire routing to the final tuning after sundown.

What we'll need from you.
Nothing below is mandatory except a way to reach you — but the more you can share now, the more accurate the first proposal will be. The form takes a few minutes and walks you through it in four short steps, including a spot to upload your photos.
- A few photos of your home — the front facade, the landscaping, and any specific areas you want lit: driveway, backyard, pool, trees, walkways. Daytime is fine.
- A sense of which areas matter most to you. The form walks you through the options, so just pick what applies.
- A rough timeline and budget range, if you have one in mind. Optional, but it helps us calibrate the proposals.
- Your name, phone, email, and the property address — so we can send the rendering and the quote back to you.
