Holiday lighting is usually treated as separate from the rest of the lighting system. We treat it as a layer. The permanent architectural lighting becomes the base; seasonal overlays — roofline, tree wraps, wreaths — are designed to harmonize with it, then pulled cleanly when the season ends.

We install in season, store between seasons, and reinstall the next year with adjustments. The permanent system underneath keeps the home looking right for the other ten months.
