Our approach
Every service call starts the same way: a fixture-by-fixture audit at dusk. We track what's failing, what's drifted, and what's near end of life. Repairs are made on the spot when we can; replacements are matched to the original specification when we can't. Then we re-aim and dim the system so it looks the way the original design intended.
