Selected work
Properties at the
hour they read best.
A selection of recent landscape lighting projects across Peachtree City, Atlanta, and the surrounding area. Every property here was photographed at dusk, the hour the lighting was designed for.
What you're looking at
Different properties.
One approach.
Each property is a composition of layered light. Architectural uplighting on the home. In-canopy moonlight on signature trees. Soft path lights at grade for the walks. Accent lighting on outdoor living areas, pools, and water features. The work is rarely about a single fixture and almost always about how the pieces add up at dusk.
The homes below range from small front elevations to multi-acre estates. Some are traditional, some are contemporary, some sit deep on a wooded lot and some are close to the street. Every project starts the same way, with a plan drawn for that home alone, around its architecture, its landscape, and the way it is lived in after dark.
Every photograph here was taken on the property at dusk, with the system aimed and tuned in place. What you see is what the homeowner sees from the driveway, the front walk, or the room with the best view of the garden.

A home that comes alive at night.
Stone, brick, and copper take on a different character after dark. The materials read deeper, the textures sharper, the architecture more intentional.
Trees stop being silhouettes.
The walk to the front door becomes part of the welcome. Soft path lights at grade, depth in the canopy above, the home in the distance.
Architectural detail you'd miss in daylight becomes the focus at night. The lines of a gable, the texture of stone, the rhythm of windows along a wall, all reading clearly in the hour the property is most often seen.
Outdoor spaces become rooms after sundown.
Shadows give the home its volume.
You see a home, not a row of fixtures.
Pull into the driveway after dark and the home looks like it was always meant to be seen this way. The canopy reads. The architecture reads. The walk reads. Each piece supports the others, and the property feels whole.
The property tells you you're home.
